http://www3.iconcerts.com/en/news/madonna-premieres-secret-project-revolution-film The arty black and white film opens with Madonna making a dramatic statement: "Economic markets are collapsing, people all over the world are suffering and people are afraid and what happens when people are afraid? They become intolerant. They start pointing the finger at other people." As the video progresses, the scenes become more provocative and the singer can be seen elegantly shooting several attractive men and women who procede to die in an arty way. Controversial themes and provocation have been Madonna's trademark since the early years of her career and this film is no different. "My goal is to show by the example of secretprojectrevolution my creative commitment to inspire change in the world through artistic expression," the Material Mom elaborated. "I hope my film and other submissions to Art for Freedom will be a call to action and give people a place to voice their own creative expression to help fight oppression, intolerance and complacency." The film kicks off the Art for Freedom initiative Madonna is launching. It is an online public art project curated by VICE, and distributed by BitTorrent. The Art For Freedom aims people to "express their personal meaning of freedom and revolution in the form of video, music, poetry and photography."
